I have a doubt about the compatibility of products who can I ask?

How is the product availability established?

The green 'In stock' indicates that the goods are available.
The orange 'Last pieces available' indicates that the product is in stock, but in limited quantity.
The red 'Not available' indicates that the product is not in stock.
If the words "Not available" are accompanied by the words "Available from ...", this means that the goods are on back order and will be back in stock approximately on the date indicated.

I have tried to register but I get an error in the password field. What is the correct format?

You must use a password of at least 5 characters.

I am not a resident of Italy, would I still be able to buy the goods?

We also ship to: Spain, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Slovak Republic, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia.

I see the status "Preparation in progress" for several days, is there a problem?

The status 'Preparation in progress' means that we have taken care of your order. If the goods you ordered are in stock, the status 'Preparation in Progress' means that your order is being processed.

If the goods are not available, you will not see the status 'Preparation in progress' and we will contact you as soon as possible for more information.

Shipments

What are the shipping methods and costs?

Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight-volume of the goods delivered and the country of residence. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically when placing you order.

We deliver only by courier and not by post for reasons of reliability and traceability of parcels.

For orders whose weight exceeds 100kg, personalized quotations will be necessary, therefore the order can not be concluded without contacting BigArchery.it’s assistance.

What are the shipping and delivery times?

If all ordered goods are available, the delivery time is approximately 1-2 working days within Italy or 7-14 working days abroad. Otherwise, it may vary by the stated estimated arrival date depending on the items ordered.

Delivery may be subject to delays which we cannot foresee or control and for which we cannot be held responsible.

Can I trace my package?

Once your order has been sent you will receive an email with the tracking number and the courier used.

Returns and refunds

I made a mistake purchasing and I would like to return the article; how do I do?

To make a return you can follow the procedure described at point 2 of our General Sales Conditions.

How is the refund made?

Unless otherwise indicated by you, the reimbursement will made through the same payment method you used. Refund times are regulated by our General Sales Conditions.

Who can I contact for problems with a product under warranty?

Can I pay cash on delivery?

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal, Satispay or bank transfer (this will result in a delay as shipping will only occur after confirmation of receipt of payment).

What are the coordinates for the bank transfer?

If you choose to pay by bank transfer you will receive a confirmation email containing the bank details.
